Ted Delicath

Ted Delicath is a Captain in the US Army Reserve and a Ranger-qualified former Infantry and Military Intelligence officer who deployed to Cameroon against Boko Haram; he currently serves as an aide-de-camp at US Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command. In civilian life he is a Senior Advisor at McChrystal Group, where he advises leaders of large organizations on putting strategy into practice; a George J. Mitchell Scholar who wrote his master’s thesis on American civil-military relations, he led Missouri’s COVID-19 vaccine operations during the pandemic. His writing on trust and institutions has appeared in Small Wars Journal, From the Green Notebook, and Military Mentors.
