Russell D. Howard

Russell D. Howard is a retired Special Forces general, noted counter-terrorism author, and a Professor of Practice at Arizona State University's Agriculture and National Security Program. He has been a horse rancher in California and is now a hobby farmer in Minnesota. He has co- authored and edited seven terrorism/counterterrorism books for McGraw-Hill and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from San Jose State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from the University of Maryland, an MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and a MPA from Harvard.
