Olga R. Chiriac

Dr. Olga R. Chiriac is the Project Europe Director with the Irregular Warfare Initiative (joint production of Princeton's Empirical Studies of Conflict Project and the Modern War Institute at West Point). She is also a Visiting Professor and Senior Research Fellow at the Research Institute of the University of Bucharest. Her book, “Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation: Implications for Black Sea Security” was released February 2024 by Palgrave Macmillan.
