Lidia Bernd

Lidia Bernd is a national security and emerging technology professional whose work examines geopolitical competition, technological statecraft, and the changing nature of influence in international affairs. She is a Senior Program & Development Associate at the Jewish Institute for National Security of America (JINSA). She holds a Master of Arts in Security Studies from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, where she specialized in technology and security.
