Yi Se Gwon

Colonel (Ret.) Yi Se Gwon is Founder and CEO of Yankee Sierra, LLC, a defense AI strategy and advisory firm. He is the former Global Head of AI Strategy and Solutions at Blue Fusion Technologies, and Founder and Former Director of the U.S. Army Multi-Domain Targeting Center. He brings 33 years of defense innovation to his current work translating the Praxis AI Doctrine into advisory services, tools, and training for defense, intelligence, and commercial clients. His book The Praxis AI Doctrine: Warfare in the Cognitive Age (2026) has been reviewed and cleared for public release by the Defense Office of Prepublication and Security Review, establishing a practitioner framework for human-machine decision architecture in cognitive-age warfare.
