Pierre Jean Dehaene

Pierre Dehaene is a European soldier-practitioner with a background in small unit operations. He has submitted his PhD thesis at the Department of War Studies, King’s College London, examining the strategic reanimation of tactics in contemporary warfare. He currently works at the Defense Center for Leadership and the Department of Conflict Studies at the Royal Military Academy in Brussels, where his work focuses on unconventional leadership, military strategy, and the relationship between tactical practice and tactical purpose (minor strategy).
