Lemar Farhad

Lemar Farhad is a US Army foreign area officer with over two decades of experience spanning defense, diplomacy, intelligence, and security cooperation. He currently directs China and Taiwan security cooperation programs at US Army Pacific, capping senior assignments across the Indo-Pacific, Central and South Asia, Europe, and Afghanistan.
