Konstantinos Nizamis

Konstantinos Nizamis is a retired Hellenic Air Force brigadier general who graduated from the Hellenic Air Force Academy in 1991 and served in the Hellenic Air Force for over 35 years as an intelligence analyst and instructor. He holds a doctorate from Panteion University Athens (Department of International and European Studies), where his dissertation focused on the phenomenon of strategic surprise. His articles have been published in the Hellenic Air Force’s professional journal, “Aeroporiki Epitheorisi – Air Power Review”, in the journal of the Hellenic Supreme War College, “Diakladiki Epitheorisi - Joint Forces Review”, and Taylor and Francis “Comparative Strategy”.
