Kelly Ihme

Lt Col Kelly RM Ihme, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Distance Education at the US Army War College. A graduate of SUNY Brockport, she holds a master’s degree in American history from the American Military University and a PhD in Organization Development and Leadership Psychology from the University of Arizona.
