Kelly Ihme

Lt Col Kelly RM Ihme, Ph.D., is the General Hoyt S. Vandenberg Chair of Aerospace Studies and is an Assistant Professor at the US Army War College. A graduate of SUNY Brockport, she holds a master’s degree in American history from the American Military University and a PhD in Organization Development and Leadership Psychology from the University of Arizona.
