James Wiggins

James T. Wiggins is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and Assistant Professor in the Department of Distance Education, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. He currently serves as the  Developing Organizations and Leaders Lead Lesson Integrator for the Asynchronous Distance Learning program. He received his Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
