George Franco

George Franco is a national security consultant in Washington D.C. and a retired U.S. Army Special Forces lieutenant colonel. While on active duty, he served as Strategist to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and as Assistant for Counterterrorism Programs in the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
