Erika Lafrennie

Erika Lafrennie is the founder of Cypher Strategies, a former JSOU non-resident fellow, and the author of Xinanigans, a Substack examining how governance functions as a domain of strategic competition. She has served inside U.S. intelligence and strategic advisory roles, supporting special operations, shaping irregular warfare doctrine, and advising executive leaders on geopolitical risk.
