Emanuel Prodan

Emanuel Prodan is an O-5 in the United States Air Force. He currently holds a Master's degree from Liberty University in Public Policy: Chinese Affairs, and is in the process of completing a Master's degree at the University of Denver in International Security with a focus on the comparative degree of AI implementation between the US and Chinese militaries.
