Eleanor Ross

Eleanor Ross is the Creative Director of ExpertTheory, where she designs and facilitates wargames for the U.S. and Canadian Departments of Defense, Fortune 500 companies, think tanks, and universities. She is a U.S. representative to NATO SAC-219 and designed and led the wargames featured in this article. A National Training & Simulation Association Top 40 Under 40 honoree, she chairs programming for the Women’s Wargaming Network and is a peer reviewer for the MORS Journal of Wargaming.
