Dawn Hersey

Dr. Dawn Hersey is the owner/CEO of Ferndon Consulting, a consulting firm that specializes in cross-functional fusion intelligence of niche expertise. She has worked in both Ukraine and Taiwan and is passionate about actionable support in dynamic environments. Her academic focuses have been on the inter-relationship of culture, religion, and geography with governance and conflict. She serves in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel.
