Dr. Dawn Hersey defended her doctoral dissertation in Political Science on the Effects of Actualized Language Policy on Ukrainian Stability. Dr. Hersey is using these skills through her role at Ferndon Consulting, a firm that emphasizes providing actionable fusion intelligence from niche expertise within a dynamic and complex environment.
