Chris Martin

Chris Martin is the Principal of Martin Group International LLC, a specialized irregular warfare and strategic security consulting firm. A veteran operational commander and security cooperation specialist with over two decades of international operations experience, his career spans high-intensity domestic law enforcement with the DC Metropolitan Police Department and special operations advising. Mr. Martin completed three combat rotations assigned to SFODAs under CJSOTF-A in Regional Command-South (Afghanistan) orchestrating local police defense networks, served as an international operations leader for an official U.S. Embassy-supported SWAT capacity-building program in Nigeria with the ACADEMI Training Center, and directed asymmetric stabilization missions in Mali. Notably, he served as an instructor for a leading irregular warfare consulting firm and CIA-affiliated entity, specializing in Human Behavior Pattern and Recognition Analysis (HBPRA), where he trained U.S. and Coalition troops on advanced techniques to predict and prevent green-on-blue insider attacks. Crucially, his deep footprint in the Caribbean includes serving as the U.S. Contingent Commander in Haiti under the UN MINUSTAH mandate and being personally tasked to train the Haitian National Police (HNP) SWAT team at the command level.
