Charles Lewis

Charles Lewis is a retired career federal prosecutor from the Office of the United States Attorney, Southern District of Texas, US Department of Justice. As a federal prosecutor he focused on the investigation and trial of RICO cases, organized crime, foreign political corruption and money laundering. His efforts include working on the successful passage of new laws in Texas, the United States, and Romania relating to financial crime. He has lectured widely across the United States and Central Europe, and has received multiple awards from US federal and Texas law enforcement agencies, as well as Romania’s Ministry of Justice.
