Cara Wrigley

Professor Cara Wrigley is Professor of Design at The University of Queensland, where she leads research at the intersection of design, innovation, complexity, and defense capability. Her work examines how design-led approaches can support organizations to navigate uncertainty, develop adaptive thinking, and address complex socio-technical challenges. She is Editor-in-Chief of Design Studies and co-author of Creativity in Military Complexity: Design, Disruptors and Defence Forces.
