Eight suicide attempts on the USS Abraham Lincoln

Eight service members across the USS Abraham Lincoln strike group attempted suicide during its 286 deployment, reports NBC News.
The Lincoln is currently en route to San Diego after a stop in Thailand and Guam.
According to the Navy, the Lincoln has five chaplains, a clinical psychologist, a social worker, and an integrated prevention coordination counselor to support the 5000-person crew.
In August, President Donald Trump said the deployment was “not nearly long enough.”
