The Gentile-Yingling Dialogue: ISAF Exit Strategy – Neither International Nor an Exit Nor a Strategy (2011) by Paul Yingling and Waterboarding is Torture… Period (2007) by Malcolm Nance. Still going strong (daily reads) after all these years.
Wow, that is nice to know that folks still find value in the exchange between Paul and I.
I have not really written on Coin or strategy in Iraq and Afghanistan since I retired from the Army in 2013.
But the SWJ editors’ posting of our dialogue made me think that it might be an interesting thing for Paul and I to reengage on this topic, after many years of being out of the saddle on it.
Paul, you out there, you game?
