Vincent Michel

Vincent Michel is currently a PhD student in Augusta University’s Intelligence, Defense, and Cyber Security Policy PhD program. He is also an active-duty information operations officer and has served in tactical, operational, and force generation organizations. He is an graduate of the U.S. Army’s General Staff College, and was an information advantage scholar where he first started exploring the concepts around the narrative space.
