Toghrul Iskandarov

Toghrul Iskandarov holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Baku State University, Azerbaijan, and a master’s degree in international security and development from Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland, where he specialized in international security. His research focuses on international security and U.S. foreign policy, including policy framing and contemporary security challenges.
