Matthew Boise

Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Boise is a U.S. Army Infantry officer assigned to the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). Having previously served as an Observer-Coach/Trainer at the Division-level, he currently serves as the Chief of Scenario Design overseeing the development, synchronization, and control of exercise scenarios for Corps and Division Warfighter Exercises. Prior to serving at MCTP, he served as an OCT and Operations Officer at the Joint Readiness Training Center. He holds an M.S. in Organizational Psychology and Leadership from Columbia University.
