Matt Rasmussen

LTC Matt Rasmussen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Distance Education and co-teaches the Futures Seminar at the US Army War College. A graduate of West Point, he holds master's degrees from the Naval War College (2011) and the US Army War College (2022).
