MAJ Collin Hayward

MAJ Collin Hayward is a PSYOP Officer with operational experience in INDOPACOM, AFRICOM, CENTCOM, and EUCOM. He holds a Bachelor of Art in International Studies from Virginia Tech, a Master of International Service from American University, and a Master of Military Art and Science from the Army Command and General Staff College, where he was an Art of War Scholar. His work has appeared in the InterAgency Journal and Emerging Civil War and focuses on the history, theory, and practice of irregular warfare.
