Lysanne Leeuwenburg

Lysanne Leeuwenburg works as an Assistant Professor in Irregular Warfare at the Netherlands Defence Academy. In her PhD research, she focuses on assessing the effectiveness of Security Force Assistance (SFA) at the tactical level in Uruzgan, Afghanistan. Lysanne holds master's degrees in Military History and Middle Eastern Studies (University of Amsterdam).
