Ibrahim Kocaman
Dr. Ibrahim Kocaman served 14 years in the Turkish Air Force. His service duties include being a military advisor to the former head of the Turkish Air Force. He received his master’s degree in electronic warfare systems engineering from Naval Post Graduate School and a doctoral degree in political science from the University of North Texas. He is currently an assistant professor of security studies at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach and Head of Security and Defense Policies at NATO Veterans Initiative (NAVI). His research interests are civil-military relations, intelligence agencies, tax haven countries, and civil conflict.
