Harry Stevens

Harry Stevens is a researcher who has worked with the Center for the National Interest. His research interests include Russian affairs, defense economics, and intelligence operations. His work has been published in War on the Rocks, the Financial Times, and the Kennedy School's Russia Matters, among others. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago and an incoming graduate student in Georgetown University's Security Studies Program.
