Francisco Carneiro Júnior

Francisco Carneiro Júnior is a retired agent of the Brazilian Federal Police with nearly thirty years of service, including more than a decade with the Tactical Operations Command (COT), where he specialized in special operations, aerial and narcotics interdiction, and operator training. A political scientist and theologian holding a postgraduate degree in Public Security Management, he is completing an MBA in Politics, Strategy, National Defense, and Public Security, as well as an extension course at Brazil's Naval War College (C-EEM 2026).
