COL (Ret) Derek Licina, DrPH, MPH. Derek is a recognized expert in global health, military health systems, and security cooperation working closely with national and multinational agencies. He has over 28 years of experience solving health and security challenges and building partner capacity in health, defense, and consulting sectors, most recently across Asia and the Middle East.
