David R. Cowan

Lt. Col. David Cowan, U.S. Army (Ret.), served for 24 years in the Army. His final assignment was command of the 5th Battalion, 1st Special Warfare Training Group, from 2023 to 2025, where he was responsible for psychological-operations individual training.
