Corey Broschak formerly served as Acting Deputy Director for Global Resilience in OSD Policy, leading the Pentagon’s only pilot program authorized to engage partner national security forces on defense-related environmental and operational energy issues. Alexander Noyes is a Fellow at the Brookings Institution, formerly served as a Senior Advisor for security cooperation in OSD Policy, and is the coauthor of War at Arm’s Length: How America Can Build Effective Partners Through Military Assistance, forthcoming with Yale University Press.
