Caleb F. Merrill

Major Caleb F. Merrill serves as the Senior Defense Counsel for Defense Services Organization West at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. He is admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of California and has served as a Defense Counsel, Victims’ Legal Counsel, Special Assistant United States Attorney, Deputy Staff Judge Advocate in both garrison and forward deployed environments, and Senior Defense Counsel. He deployed for WESTPAC 23.1 with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit aboard the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group.
