Benjamin C. Stumpf

Lieutenant Colonel Benjamin C. Stumpf is an Army Strategist most recently serving in US Army Europe and Africa. He served in the Security Assistance Group-Ukraine from March to September 2023 as part of that unit’s first Joint Manning Document rotation. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of St Andrews as part of the US Army’s Advanced Strategic Planning and Policy Program (ASP3).
