Arash Beidollahkhani

Arash Beidollahkhani is a Research Fellow at the Global Development Institute, The University of Manchester, and the Leibniz-Zentrum Moderner Orient (ZMO), Berlin. His research focuses on authoritarian politics, digital governance, surveillance, and state–society relations in the Middle East and Central Asia.
