Following remarks by President Donald Trump, the possibility of resuming U.S.-North Korea negotiations is being discussed. However, analysis suggests that negotiations will not be easy as North Korea holds a different position than in the past. On the other hand, some analysts suggest that if negotiations resume, the United States could seize key initiative through the robust military deterrence of the U.S.-South Korea alliance and the inflow of intelligence regarding North Korea.
