Prof. Hathaway is one of the country’s foremost experts on international law, former Special Counsel to the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Defense, author of The Internationalists: How a Radical Plan to Outlaw War Reade the World (with Scott Shapiro), Executive Editor, Just Security, writes frequently for The Washington Post, New York Times, The Atlantic, and Foreign Affairs.
Prof. Hathway will be introduced by Noemi Bekteshi, a student at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, with discussion moderated by Prof. Andrea Cayley, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and Prof. Daniel Rothenberg, co-director, Future Security Initiative.
