Why is Small Wars Journal not nominated? It is the best web site on the web. It is the site of the most value to the military and interagency dealing with COIN, IW, small wars and complex operations and it does not neglect full spectrum operations either!

Thanks for the kind words. That said we really do not look at SWJ as a “milblog” – more of a Journal and Community of Interest / Practice (Small Wars Council) that happens to have a blog. Moreover, we really do not fit into any of the current categories associated with the Milbloggie Awards. Maybe if there was one for military education or something similar… No big deal though.
