Bracknell, US Marine Corps respond to “Why Our Best Officers Are Leaving” by Tim Kane in the January / February edition of The Atlantic. BLUF: “Departure of some officers is expected and required, and has been going on for as long as there have been armies. The key question left unanswered by Kane’s article is whether or not the current departure of officers is tolerable.”
