Katie Couric spoke with General David Petraeus, Commander ISAF, today while in Afghanistan to broadcast the CBS Evening News With Katie Couric, Afghanistan: The Road Ahead. Couric asked Petraeus if the U.S. would be —to play a role in the process of negotiating with the Taliban in order to end the war in Afghanistan.
