The US Army Irregular Warfare Fusion Center is hosting a public webcast with Mr. Pat Bremser, military analyst with the Army Security Force Assistance Proponent Office. Mr. Bremser recently returned from a year-long deployment as senior advisor to the Afghan Deputy Minister of Interior (for Administration). Key responsibilities for the Deputy's position included police force recruiting, training and assignment. Mr. Bremser will describe the Ministerial Advising program then share challenges and successes he experienced in his position as senior advisor.
