So, what do we make of this. Is Barry a Shaman? Does he also do rain dances at parties?

Seriously, I guess some of these make sense...but as we have found with our joint operations planning system and JSPS in general, our system of planning for the "probable" has served us poorly in predicting what the future holds.

Barry is both a analyst and a pundit. Sometimes I cannot distinguish which role he is playing.
