Penny L. Watson

Penny L. Watson is Professor of Political Science at Houston Community College. She received her B.A. in English from Sam Houston State University and her M.A. in Political Science from Sam Houston State University. Her articles and book chapters have been published in Small Wars Journal, Democracy and Security, Radio Farda, and Routledge. She enjoys kayaking and playing soccer.
