Murat Balci

Murat Balci served 15 years in the Turkish Navy and is now a Ph.D. candidate at Old Dominion University. He received his master’s degree in security studies from the Turkish War College and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in engineering management and systems engineering. He served various tactical and operational roles, including subject matter expert at NATO HQ Allied Command Transformation. His research interests are military strategy and decision-making, international security, cyberwarfare, and organizational behavior.
