“Joanna Naples-Mitchell is a human rights lawyer, a Research Fellow at FSI, and Director of the Redress Program at the Zomia Center, where she assists survivors of US military operations in receiving condolence payments from a special DoD fund created for this purpose. Prior to joining Zomia, Naples-Mitchell worked at Physicians for Human Rights, Human Rights Watch, and the Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section of the U.S. Department of Justice. She has a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from Harvard University.”
