El Centro Fellows and Associates Class of 2025
Small Wars Journal–El Centro is pleased to announce the addition of four new El Centro Fellows and one El Centro Associate for 2025.
The El Centro Fellows and Associate for 2025 are:
Fellows
Prof. Jorge Lasmar is Professor of International Relations at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas), Brazil, and visiting professor at the Military Police Academy of Minas Gerais.
Carlos Frederico de Oliveira Pereira, PhD, is a Senior Military Public Prosecutor in Brazil. He is an Adjunct Professor in UnB – University of Brasilia, teaching Criminal Law.
Dr. Rashmi Singh is a Professor at the Postgraduate Program in International Relations at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas),
Dr. Camilo Pardo-Herrera is a Senior Analyst at the Terrorism, Transnational Crime and Corruption Center (TraCCC) at George Mason University.
Associate
Diego Ramírez Sánchez holds a Diploma in Strategic Studies from the Chilean Army War Academy and a Master’s in Security, Defense and International Relations from the National Academy of Political and Strategic Studies (ANEPE).
