COIN Center Webcast Invitation: Dynamics of Insurgency

The US Army Counterinsurgency Center will host LTC Mark Ulrich who will discuss the eight dynamics of an insurgency. These dynamics make up a framework that can be used to assess an insurgency's strengths and weaknesses. He chooses some very interesting contemporary situations and evaluates their nature.
The brief is scheduled for Thursday, 26 July 2012, at 1000 CDT (1100 EDT,15:00 ZULU).
