The North Korean government has announced that it will be holding a military parade to mark the anniversary of the founding of its army. The United Nations Security Council has voted unanimously to impose new sanctions on North Korea in response to last month's ballistic missile launch, which is believed to be a long-range missile capable of delivering nuclear warheads.
