Vivian S. Walker

Vivian S. Walker is currently a Faculty Fellow at the University of Southern California’s Center for Public Diplomacy. Dr. Walker is a retired Senior Foreign Service Officer with the Department of State.  She has served as Professor of National Security Strategy at the National War College, the National Defense College of the United Arab Emirates and the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies at the National Defense University.  She also serves as a strategic communication consultant to the Georgian and Ukrainian governments.
